Frequently Asked Questions

Getting questions is a good thing because it means there's an interest in my product. I do not mind your questions, and am happy to reply. Below are some of the most common questions I get. If your question isn't answered here, there's a link at the bottom of this page for you.

Ordering:

Question: Do you ship your CD to Canada?

Answer: Yes, CD's have been shipped to Canada, Australia, the UK and Switzerland. Same shipping charge as US orders.

Question: How long does it take to receive the CD?

Answer: All CD's are shipped the next day via USPS, from Texas.

Question: I would like to purchase an image but do not feel comfortable doing it online. Do you have a number I can call you and pay for this via credit card?

Answer: All credit card payments are handled through PayPal. I do accept money orders (US residents only). Just use the order form and I'll send your order as soon as I get your payment.

Question: How do you become a memeber or sign up to use these cliparts?

Answer: You don't have to sign up or become a member. It's as easy as ordering the CD or individual image.

Question: I want to use some images for my web site. I don't really sell my own products, just some affiliate links, etc. so can I just order the personal CD?

Answer: No. If you have a web site that makes any kind of profit, you'll have to use the business license. This also applies to Ebay pages or any other site where you sell something.

File Types:

Question: What is a vector image?

Answer: Vectors are images that can be resized or reproduced to any resolution without loosing quality. They remain perfectly clear, no matter the size. You need special software to view or edit the files, or you'll need to use a professional printing company. Since most people don't have this software, or want to do their own printing, they prefer to use the high resolution images.

Question: I want to use a high resolution image on my T-Shirts and on my business cards. How do I make the image fit on something as small as a business card, or can it even be done?

Answer: Yes, it can be done. High resolution images can be decreased in size by opening them into your favorite paint program. They can't be enlarged. I provide them at 6x6 inches because that's what most people want. If you need a larger size, just let me know and I'll send it to you.

General:

Question: I love your images, but don't really sell Red Hat Society products. Can I get the ladies in different colors of dresses and hats?

Answer: Sure you can. Just send an email to let me know which image and what colors you'd like.

Question: I make embroidery patterns, but would like to have exclusive use to an image. Do you have any that only I would be using?

Answer: Yes. I've added a few exclusive use images. This is a new venture for me so I may be adding more later.

Question: Do you draw custom images?

Answer: Not at this time. I'm so backlogged with other projects that it will be a while before I'm able to do this again.
