Frequently Asked Questions

Getting questions is a good thing because it means there's an interest in my product. I do not mind your questions, and am happy to reply. Below are some of the most common questions I get. If your question isn't answered here, there's a link at the bottom of this page for you.

Ordering:

Question: Do you ship to Canada?

Answer: Yes, CD's have been shipped to Canada, Australia, the UK and Switzerland. Same shipping charge as US orders.

Question: How long does it take to receive the CD?

Answer: All CD's for the US are shipped the next day via USPS, from Texas. International orders are usually shipped in two days.

Question: I just found your website with your Red Hat Clip Art. How much is a CD?

Answer: After several inquiries, a link to the price is now posted on nearly every page of the web site. As more images are added, the price may change so I don't list it here because I may forget to change it.

Question: I would like to purchase a clip art package but do not feel comfortable doing it online. Do you have a number I can call you and pay for this via credit card?

Answer: All credit card payments are handled through PayPal. I do accept money orders (US residents only) via regular mail. Just use the printable order form, and orders will be shipped the next day.

Question: How do you become a memeber or sign up to use these cliparts?

Answer: You don't have to sign up or become a member. It's as easy as ordering the CD!

Question: I am creating a website for our chapter and am looking at purchasing your clip art on CD. If I'm going to build a website and use some of the images, do I purchase the personal or the business license?

Answer: You most likely only need the personal CD unless you're going to sell something from your web site.

General:

Question: We just ordered the CD and would like to know if we need to enlarge a image do we order it from this site or can we just enlarge from the CD?

Answer: The images on the CD are low resolution images and can't be enlarged without becoming distorted. As posted on the order page, they are shown at actual size.

Question: Can you email me some cliparts or can you tell me of e-mails that I can get some of this cliparts?

Answer: No. I can't email the images for free. Anyone who purchases the CD cannot do this either.

Question: I looked at the clip art preview and noticed you have only one or two pictures of caucasian and black as a group together. The group that I belong is a mixed number of both and would really like to see more of a mixed group. Am I not seeing all of what you have?

Answer: Everything I have is posted on the web site. Since this inquiry, more ethnic groups have been added.

Question: I have been enlisted to send out cards for birthdays, etc. If I purchase this CD, am I able to create a birthday card using the clip art and send to the other gals? I wouldn't purchase if I couldn't reproduce them someplace else. I would NOT sell anything, just share with our group.

Answer: Sure, you can make cards for your chapter with the images!

Question: Hi--I purchased your clip art CD last year and love it. I do have a problem when I try to enlarge a clip--it starts to "blur out". Any suggestions?

Answer: The clip art can't be enlarged without looking distorted. That's the reason for the comment "All images are shown at actual size" on each page of clip art, and "You can't alter them..." on the Terms page.
